Orders and Returns




Orders

Once you've found the items you’d like to buy and have added them to your basket, you can begin the checkout process by clicking on the “Your basket” link at the top of your screen.

  • You can go straight to checkout to pay for your goods and we will arrange delivery direcly with you
  • If you’ve already registered online with Lights and Furniture, simply enter your email address and password. Alternatively you can create a new account.
  • At checkout, you can review and amend your order details on the Order Summary page
  • When you're ready to complete your order, click the ’place order now’ button, a confirmation email will be sent to you immediately.
  • As soon as we receive your order it will usually be dispatched the following day and delivery is usually 5 - 7 working days.

Returns

1.) If your goods arrive and it does not meet the specification that was the product information page you will be entitled to a full refund or a credit for the same amount. We will collect the item(s) from your home free of charge.
2.) If your goods arrive and they are damaged, we will collect your item(s) from your home free of charge and issue you with a new replacement.
3.) If you receive your order and you would simply like to return it for a full refund. Return the goods to us (we can arrange if required) and we will give you a full refund. No Catches. The cost of the return ranges from £20 - £100 per item depending on the size of the order. If you require exact return prices please feel free to contact us.


Cancellations

1.) If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us by email to customerservice@lightsandfurniture.co.uk  before we have dispatched the goods to you. If the order has been dispatched already, there will be a charge payable.
